Sales Administrator
We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail orientated individual to join our growing team. The role requires a highly motivated and tenacious person to join our friendly administration department . This is a varied role incorporating elements of administration, scheduling and quoting. There is a potential for the right candidate to progress into Sales and/or Marketing as well.
The Company
We offer a huge range of services designed to help people through the design and compliance stages of development, and we can handle any job from single self-builder, to glazed extensions up to multi warehouse developments. We also carry out the associated building testing such as air tightness testing, extracts testing and sound testing. We are a friendly team and are excited to welcome somebody new to our team.
About You
- You are independent and self-motivated
- Have exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Can handle various responsibilities at one time
- Ideally have some experience in business-to-business sales
- Have administrative experience
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Be supportive and strong team player
- Driving licence (due to office and venue locations)
- Have excellent customer service
Job Duties and responsibilities
- Generate detailed quotes / pricing proposals for customers.
- Work within your department to schedule jobs for the team
- Manage relationships with clients
- Take incoming calls, answer queries and direct accordingly
- Build strong relationships with all clients and acting as a key point of contact.
- General administration duties.
- Any other task or responsibility, as reasonably required of the role or company
As mentioned, there is an option available to progress into sales or marketing, this will be discussed at the initial interview stage.

Location
Friars Well Estate, Wartnaby, Melton Mowbray. Must be willing to commute or relocate. Public transport is limited.
