We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Housekeeper to join our team in Tring. The ideal candidate will be crucial in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in multiple nursery environments, ensuring that all areas are tidy and presentable. This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively with both team members and customers.
The desired working hours are Monday - Friday = 10am - 2pm (can be flexible).
Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas.
- Maintain cleanliness of windows, walls, and surfaces.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain clear laundry room.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in spoken and written English to facilitate clear communication.
- Previous experience in a cleaning role is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Full training and equipment will be given.
