Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Bench hand to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in operating various tools. This role involves the assembly, of cabinets for Kitchens and Bedrooms, ensuring that all products meet the highest quality standards.
Full time 39 hours a week. Monday to Thursday 8 am - 4. 30 pm. Friday 8 am - 3.30 pm . Over time is 6 am till 8 am -Tuesday to Friday , Saturday to discuss you would be given by verbal notice and if required. Holidays 5 weeks per year . 3 weeks during year , 2 weeks at Christmas , these are set holidays , and will be given by management.
Duties
- Assemble parts and products according to specifications, ensuring accuracy and precision.
- Utilise power tools and hand tools for machining tasks, shaping, and finishing materials.
- Interpret technical drawings .
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
- Apply basic maths skills to calculate measurements, tolerances, and material requirements.
- Assist in tooling setup and modifications for various production processes.

Skills
- Proficient assembly practices.
