Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to all our gym members and facility hirers.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety within the gym and its facilities.
- Manage the opening and closing procedures for the gym and facility hire bookings.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and HR policies, including gym specific processes and procedures.
- Set up and take down equipment for facility hire events, ensuring all equipment is safe and fit for purpose.
- Support the management team in promoting our facility hire services and the gym through events and targeted activities throughout the year.
- Work towards necessary qualifications, such as a Level 2 gym qualification, if required.
