Safehands are currently seeking an On Call Recruitment Consultant to work every weekend covering the Worcester area.
To introduce you to Safehands…We are specialists within the healthcare sector and provide healthcare professionals on a temporary and permanent basis to specialist schools, colleges, residential, Mental health Hospitals, supported living and nursing homes.
You will be working within the comfort of your own home from 5pm on Friday through till 8am on Monday, where you will be required to deal with any phone calls from clients or staff members, efficiently with effective outcomes. Your benefits include competitive pay and a generous bonus structure.

As part of your role as an On Call Recruitment Consultant you will be required to:
- Have some understanding of Health and Social care in accordance to recruitment agencies
- Find cover for any shifts which may be outstanding, prioritising the urgent ones
- Making sure Clients are kept updated throughout the weekend
- Maintains Safehands Recruitment service levels
- Efficiently deal with client issues, monitoring clear and effective outcomes
- Analyse client requirements and match our service to meet their needs
- Develop appropriate relationships with clients and temporary staff
- Management of temporary staff to ensure service delivery level is met
- Work in line with Safehands Recruitments training, policies and procedure
- To exceed customer/client expectations in terms of service delivery
- Ensure a detailed handover is prepared ready for 8am on Monday when the phone is transferred

Does this sound like you?
· Experience within Recruitment or Health and Social Care is preferred, but not essential.
· Full driving licence and access to own vehicle is advantageous but not essential
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Computer Literate
· Aged 18 years and above
· Idealistic On Call Recruitment Consultant traits; passionate, confident, organised, intuitive, enthusiastic and friendly
