We are looking for a motivated, commercially driven Sales / Client Account Executive to join our growing team, specialising in steel doors and windows for residential and commercial projects across the UK.
This role is focused on converting qualified enquiries into confirmed orders. You will work with homeowners, architects, interior designers, contractors, and developers, guiding projects from initial enquiry through to contract signing.
Key Responsibilities
· Follow up on incoming enquiries generated through our website, showroom, marketing activity, and referrals
· Qualify opportunities and identify client requirements, budgets, and project timelines
· Present suitable steel door and window solutions in a professional and consultative manner
· Prepare and follow-up quotations to maximise conversion rates
· Manage the full sales process from enquiry through to signed contract
· Build strong relationships with homeowners, architects, interior designers, contractors, and developers
· Conduct showroom consultations and client meetings where required
· Ensure all client interactions, quotations, and project opportunities are accurately recorded and followed up
· Work closely with the business owners to ensure clients receive a professional and seamless experience
· Negotiate commercial terms and confidently close sales
· Consistently progress opportunities through the sales funnel to achieve agreed targets
What We're Looking For
· Previous experience in sales, ideally within construction, glazing, windows and doors, interiors, kitchens, bathrooms, or a related sector
· Proven ability to convert enquiries into confirmed orders
· Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
· Commercially minded with a consultative sales approach
· Self-motivated, organised, and target-driven
· Comfortable managing multiple projects and client relationships simultaneously
· Full UK driving license preferred
