We are excited to be recruiting experienced Vehicle Technicians to join our team at our brand-new Ford dealership in Worcester.

The Role
As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing Ford cars and light commercial vehicles to manufacturer standards.
You will work to agreed timeframes whilst maintaining the highest standards of workmanship, productivity and customer service. Delivering quality repairs and achieving first-time fixes are core values that underpin everything we do.
Responsibilities Include:
- Servicing and repairing cars and light commercial vehicles
- Diagnosing and rectifying mechanical and electrical faults
- Completing work to manufacturer standards
- Carrying out vehicle health checks
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Ensuring all work is completed accurately and efficiently
- Working collaboratively within a highly skilled workshop team
About You
We are looking for a motivated and experienced technician who takes pride in their work and is committed to delivering outstanding results.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic
- Experience within a franchised dealer, independent garage or vehicle repair centre
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Strong servicing, repair and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work effectively in a busy workshop environment
- Positive attitude and excellent team player
Desirable
- Class 4 MOT Testing Licence
- Ford experience (although full Ford training will be provided)

Working Hours
- 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- Saturday mornings on a rota basis
