Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective tenants via phone, email, and in person to understand their rental needs and preferences
- Coordinate property viewings, providing detailed information and answering questions to facilitate decision-making
- Negotiate rental terms between tenants and landlords, ensuring clarity and mutual agreement
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions, viewings, and agreements using our property management systems
- Support administrative tasks such as preparing tenancy agreements and updating property listings
- Collaborate with the team to develop marketing strategies for available properties to attract qualified tenants
- Assist in resolving tenant queries promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven administrative experience with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team in a fast-moving environment
- Strong attention to detail to accurately document interactions and manage property records
- Enthusiasm for real estate or property management is a plus but not essential
- A proactive attitude with the motivation to deliver exceptional customer service
