No two days are the same. You'll work alongside a supportive team in a fast-paced environment where energy, teamwork and great customer service are at the heart of everything we do.
Hours: Flexible full and part-time opportunities available (10–30 hours per week).
Whether you're looking for around 10 hours a week or a larger 30-hour contract, we'd love to hear from you.
We'll work with successful candidates to agree a working pattern that suits both you and the business.
As a Team Member, you'll help deliver an outstanding customer experience by:
- Welcoming every customer with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Preparing food and drinks to Chaiiwala's quality and presentation standards.
- Delivering fast, efficient and friendly service.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food safety and hygiene.
- Working as part of a close-knit team to keep the store running smoothly.
- Following all food safety, health & safety and operational procedures.
You're someone who enjoys working with people, loves being part of a team and takes pride in delivering great service.
You'll also bring:
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- The ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Previous experience in hospitality, retail or catering is beneficial but not essential—we'll give you the training you need.
