Job Overview
We are seeking motivated and dependable general labourers to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in the refurbishment of Lodges at Centre Parcs, Sherwood Forest.
This Role will Start on 24.8.26 for 26 weeks until the 22/3/27
(2 week site Shutdown 21/12/26- 3/1/27)
Site Hours are 7am-7pm. Occasional weekend working will be expected.
We can accommodate Weekday/Weekend only shift patterns for the right operative.

Duties
- Mange a team of 5 Labourers on a fast paced refurbishment site.
- Manage Timekeeping and Work Quality of the team.
- Oversee Daily tasks and activities.
- Liase with Site manager/ Contracts Manger regarding Staff and tasks.
- Support the team with construction activities by preparing sites, loading materials, and cleaning work areas.
Requirements
- CSCS Card Holder + CIS Tax Registered essential.
- Previous experience in construction is essential.
- Previous experience leading a team on site is essential.
- Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools and power tools.
- Lead from the front- Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform manual labour outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Good teamwork and communication skills with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Commitment to safety procedures and attention to detail throughout all tasks.
Pay: £19.00 per hour
