Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing items
- Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns
- Prepare and package food items according to established guidelines
- Ensure food safety standards are followed at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop area
- Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Stock shelves and replenish inventory as needed
- Follow company policies and procedure
Work as part of a team to prepare food and beverage for customers in a professional/timely manner.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food preparation and basic food safety practices
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
