Thurlow Nunn is looking for an ambitious and driven Transaction Manager to join our successful Hyundai dealership in Northampton.
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of one of the UK's longest-established and most respected family-owned motor retailers, representing Hyundai - one of the world's most progressive automotive brands, renowned for its award-winning vehicles, innovative technology and industry-leading warranties.
As our Transaction Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in the success of our sales team. Working closely with the Sales Manager and Sales Executives, you'll help customers choose the right finance solutions and protection products, whilst ensuring every customer enjoys a first-class buying experience.

What you'll be doing
- Supporting and motivating the sales team to maximise performance and customer satisfaction.
- Guiding customers through finance and insurance options, ensuring every recommendation meets their individual needs.
- Presenting a range of value-added products and owner protection packages with confidence and integrity.
- Maintaining full FCA compliance and ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.
- Coaching Sales Executives to improve performance, profitability and customer experience.
- Working collaboratively with the wider dealership team to achieve ambitious sales and profitability targets.
We're looking for someone who has
- A successful background in automotive retail sales, ideally as a Transaction Manager, Business Manager or Senior Sales Executive.
- A proven ability to consistently deliver strong commercial results.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong organisational and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- A good understanding of FCA regulations and compliant finance sales.
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications.
- A full UK driving licence.
- A positive, energetic attitude and a desire to help others succeed.
