Quantity Surveyor (Freelance)
Location: Weybridge, Surrey
Duration: 2 years (Contract/Freelance)
Day rate: Competitive - Dependant on experience
Sector: Commercial/Healthcare Construction
Nature of Works: Live environment refurbishment
Responsible for commercial management, cost control, sub-contractor procurement and final accounts throughout the 24-month program.
Requirements
- Proven background in commercial build and fit-out projects.
- Extensive experience operating safely within live construction environments.
- Relevant site tickets qualifications.
- Immediate or near-term availability for local site travel in Weybridge.
