We’re looking for a friendly and enthusiastic House Plant Assistant to join our team. You’ll be helping customers, caring for our beautiful range of house plants and keeping the department looking fresh, welcoming and well presented. If you enjoy working with people, have a genuine interest in plants and love being part of a busy team, we’d love to hear from you.

Department: Houseplants
Contract: Part time
Hours: 7.5 Hours per week
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Dealing with general enquiries from the customers, including help and advice on plant care.
- Keep the standards of the department and stock at a premium.
- Replenishing and merchandise of stock, ensuring that all the products are correctly and clearly priced, and displayed safely.
- Continually learning and developing.
- You may be required to work in other areas of the business as and when required.
Key Skills and Competencies:
Houseplant knowledge (Nice to have)- You are enthusiastic and approachable
- Good customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in retail
