Are you an ambitious marketing professional looking for a role where your work has a visible impact?
We are seeking a Marketing & Communications Manager to lead marketing and communications across Kew House School and Kew Green Preparatory School, including Kew Green Nursery.
Working closely with our Head Teachers and Admissions team, you will develop and deliver annual marketing plans that drive enquiries, registrations and applications while strengthening the reputation of each school.
This is a varied, hands-on role combining strategic planning with day-to-day campaign delivery. You'll oversee digital marketing, website content, publications, events, advertising, email campaigns and communications, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the high standards of our schools.
You will also line manage our Marketing & CRM Executive and work closely with our Visual Content Designer to create compelling campaigns and content that support admissions and engagement.
We're looking for someone who has:
- Marketing experience, ideally in education or another customer-focused sector
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills
- Strong digital marketing and campaign management experience
- The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- A creative eye combined with strong organisational skills
- A collaborative approach and confidence working with senior stakeholders
