Job Overview
We are looking for either a trainee or qualified dental nurse to join our team on a permanent, full or part-time basis Monday- Friday.
The core hours are either 8am - 5pm or 8.30am - 5.30pm. Once a month on a Monday is a late shift finishing at 7pm.
This role may cover working in decon as well as nursing with our hygienists and dentists.

Key Tasks
- Set-up and prepare the surgery for the type of patient and treatment planned before the start of each session
- Clean and sterilise all equipment and working surfaces to the required standards at the end of each session
- Prepare the necessary materials and instruments
- Ensure safe disposal of sharps and clinical waste
- Keep all clinical areas including sterilising/OPG room clean and tidy and assist in the correct procedure for dental radiography
- Provide clinical assistance to the dentist [hygienist/therapist] while treating the patient, acting under his/her supervision
- Assist the dentist or hygienist in the completion of patient records
Salary: negotiable and dependent on experience
