Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning across all departments

- Supervise and motivate a diverse team of staff members, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback
- Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising standards to maximize sales potential
- Maintain high standards of phone etiquette, communication skills, and organizational efficiency in all interactions
- Monitor financial performance metrics, manage budgets, and identify opportunities for operational improvements

Requirements
- Proven management experience with a strong background in retail or sales management
- Supervising experience with team management responsibilities in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued
