We are a rapidly growing recruitment consultancy based in Scotland and North West of England. We are currently rolling out our next phase of expansion. Before Lockdowns and the world came to a stop we operated across Engineering, Construction and IT amongst others and we are currently in the process of re-opening these departments due to demand on previous clients.

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building strong relationships with clients and candidates, and utilising various recruitment tools and platforms. Your expertise in human resources and recruitment strategies will be essential in sourcing top talent and ensuring a seamless hiring experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to candidate placement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Utilise Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Taleo, Workday, or Salesforce to track candidate progress and manage recruitment workflows.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments through interviews, reference checks, and skills evaluations.
- Implement lead generation strategies to attract potential candidates through various channels, including social media management.
- Collaborate with HR teams to align recruitment strategies with organisational goals.
- Provide guidance and support to junior recruitment consultants, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and human resources.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using HRIS systems and ATS platforms such as Taleo, Workday, or Salesforce for efficient recruitment processes.
- Strong relationship management skills to build rapport with clients and candidates alike.
- Experience in lead generation techniques to attract high-quality talent.
- Knowledge of social media management for effective candidate sourcing.
- A solid understanding of human resources principles and practices is highly advantageous.
