Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Bilingual Mental Health Practitioners, High Intensity Therapists, CBT Therapists, or Psychologists to join our mental health services team. This role involves providing specialised psychological support to diverse client populations, with a focus on delivering evidence-based interventions in both English and [second language]. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' mental health needs and develop personalised care plans.
- Deliver high-quality therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), tailored to individual requirements.
- Maintain detailed documentation of therapy sessions, progress notes, and treatment outcomes in accordance with organisational standards.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic client care and continuity of support.
- Utilise IT systems efficiently for case management, scheduling appointments, and recording clinical information.
- Provide culturally sensitive support by leveraging bilingual skills to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Offer psychoeducation and coping strategies to empower clients in managing their mental health independently.
- Adhere strictly to confidentiality protocols and ethical guidelines governing mental health practice.
Experience
- Proven experience working as a Mental Health Practitioner, High Intensity Therapist, CBT Therapist, or Psychologist within a clinical setting.
- Demonstrable proficiency in delivering evidence-based therapies such as CBT or other relevant modalities.
- Strong communication skills in both English and [second language], with the ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Experience in developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual client needs.
- Familiarity with IT systems utilised for clinical documentation and case management is essential.
