About the Opportunity
We are currently seeking expressions of interest from experienced, BSCCP-accredited Nurse Colposcopists for potential upcoming service contracts across the UK.
As part of our workforce planning, we are building a network of highly skilled clinicians who may be available to support future colposcopy services, waiting list initiatives, insourcing programmes, and elective care capacity projects should contracts be awarded.
This is not a confirmed vacancy at this stage; however, registering your interest will allow us to contact you regarding suitable opportunities as they arise.
Ideal Candidate
You will be an experienced Nurse Colposcopist with the ability to work autonomously and deliver high-quality patient care within a colposcopy setting.
Essential Requirements
- Current NMC Registration.
- BSCCP Accreditation.
- Training in SCCRS and NCCIAS
- Experience undertaking independent colposcopy clinics.
- Competence in colposcopic assessment and management of cervical abnormalities.
- Strong communication and patient-centred care skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Desirable Requirements
- Experience undertaking LLETZ procedures.
- Independent Prescribing qualification.
- Previous experience supporting waiting list initiatives or insourcing services.
- Flexibility to travel where required.
