An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Newly or Recently Qualified Accountant to join a rapidly growing Scottish business. This role would suit an ambitious and motivated individual looking to take the next step in their career within a collaborative, fast-paced environment where they can continue to develop and broaden their experience.
Working as part of a supportive Finance Team, you will gain exposure across the business and play a key role in delivering high-quality financial information and insight to stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
- Recently Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA, CA or equivalent)
- Strong technical accounting knowledge
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders
- Keen and enquiring mindset with a genuine interest in understanding how businesses operate
- Ability to think laterally and provide creative solutions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs and nested formulas
- Dynamic and strategic thinker with strong relationship-building skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively
- Motivated and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
