Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to solicitors handling litigation and family law cases
- Draft and prepare legal documents, correspondence, and court forms
- Manage client communications in a professional and confidential manner
- Maintain and update case files, both physical and electronic
- Schedule appointments, court dates, and meetings
Perform general office duties to support the smooth running of the practice
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Legal Secretary in litigation and family law
- Strong knowledge of legal procedures and court processes
- Excellent typing and IT skills, including Microsoft Office and case management software
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
