We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and dedicated admin receptionist to join our team.
Part Time Position - 22 hours a week
Salary / Rate per hour: from £14.00 to £15.00 per hour (Depending on experience & talent)
Draft Schedule:
This is a Monday to Friday role shifts are based on the needs of the practice.
This is a draft schedule of how the weekly work may typically be:
Monday 14:15- 19:15
Tuesday 14:00- 18:00
Wednesday 14:15-19:15
Thursday 14:00-18:00
Friday 14:00-18:00
Shifts of 6 hours or more include an unpaid break.
There will also be opportunities to take on additional hours, including morning shifts and Saturdays, to provide cover when other admin team members are away.

About Your Role:
You'll be working in a part-time position working alongside our experienced, friendly practice manager and osteopaths. You will be providing an exceptional patient experience.
This is a broad role supporting many aspects of the business.
High computer literacy is a must for this role, but prior experience as a receptionist is not essential as our comprehensive on-boarding process will train you in everything that you need to know to carry out your role with precision and confidence.
General administrative duties will also make up a large portion of your role. Therefore, lateral thinking and a can-do attitude are a must!
What is essential however, is that you have good energy and drive when it comes to your work as well as being open minded and willing to learn. You need to be able to dive in get the job done whatever that is!
You must have the right to work and live in the UK.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· At Fulham Osteopaths you will wear many hats to support the needs of the business.
· Number 1 priority is patient care! Always delivering excellent receptionist service to create a positive experience.
· Diary management.
· Manage in full the front of house.
· Support and coordinate the part time receptionists’ roles, assist them in any queries they might have.
· Stats and Accounts.
· Auditing day to day processes.
· Stock management.
· Housekeeping and waste management duties, ensuring the clinic remains neat and presentable throughout the day.
· Support with development and marketing projects.
· Miscellaneous errands and PA duties for the business directors.
