Key Experience & Skills

Proven experience in Control & Instrumentation, Electrical, or Operational Technology environments

Strong background in maintenance, fault finding, and plant operations within oil & gas or a similar process industry

Understanding of safe systems of work and hazardous area operations

Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently

Awareness or interest in industrial cyber security and control system protection

Time-served apprenticeship and Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in a relevant engineering discipline

Full UK driving licence
Desirable

Experience with SCADA, DCS or industrial control systems

Knowledge of OT/ICS cyber frameworks (e.g. IEC 62443)

COMPEX or hazardous area certifications

Experience working in regulated, safety-critical or high-hazard environments
