We are looking for a creative, data-savvy, burger-loving Marketing and Events Manager.
If you’re the kind of person who gets way too excited about a good newsletter subject line, knows how to make a reel actually perform, and loves turning ideas into action… this could be for you!
What You’ll Be Doing
Driving the Brand Forward through our social media and marketing platforms.
Leading and managing the marketing initiatives for TBB, using market research and analysis to drive strategic marketing plans.
Collaborate with senior directors and internal teams to achieve financial and marketing objectives. Inclusive of Oktoberfest, Christmas, NYE, Three Brothers Boogies.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and display advertising. Develop and implement seasonal newsletters and other promotional materials.
Brainstorm and propose new and creative growth strategies.
Plan and execute digital campaigns that make people say “we need burgers tonight” and push forward initiatives to grow our lunch trade.
Dream up fresh ideas to keep the brand exciting, loud, and proudly Bristol.
Measure and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns, assessing ROI and KPIs. Identify trends and optimize marketing spend and performance based on data-driven insights.
Oversee database management, consolidating data from multiple sources (Website, SevenRooms, Piggy, Captive WIFI, Trybe, Sprout).
Manage and develop the loyalty scheme, beginning with members and expanding to all customers as needed. With potential to launch at sister site, Thames Lido if successful.
Be responsible for communicating any updates, changes or new promotions or initiatives to management ahead of it going live. Audit the company website weekly, ensuring accuracy in menus, opening times, and seasonal updates.
You will be responsible for developing, guiding, and monitoring an organisation’s presence across multiple social media platforms – mainly Instagram, Twitter (in the future and Facebook & reporting metrics on a quarterly basis.
You will be responsible for creating regular content of social media, aiming at two-three posts / reels per week focus being on engagement and followers. Please keep up with sharing stories we are tagged in and ensuring sunny days/heatwaves/bank holiday/school holidays that we have strong activity on our pages.
Keeping an Eye on the Numbers
Track campaign performance (ROI, KPIs, engagement)
Spot trends and tweak campaigns using real data, not guesswork.
Run tests and experiments to keep levelling up our marketing game.
Owning Our Customer Database & Loyalty Scheme
Oversee customer data across our platforms.
Develop and grow our loyalty programme through me&u and Sprout and send out offers and newsletters.
Creating Content That People Actually Want to See
Work with the team to create fun, engaging content across all channels alongside our videographer who creates our longer content so mostly stories and shorter more eye-capturing content. More like weekly staff picks and launching the videos made by our videographer.
Keep everyone in the loop on promotions, updates, and new initiatives.
Produce seasonal newsletters packed with news, flavours, and upcoming events.
Be the go-to for media enquiries — sorting the gems from the junk.
Special Projects
Lead the creation of our yearly brochures (Burger Bible, Christmas Edition… you know the vibe).
