We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team in ConeZone and Port Vapes. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing excellent customer service and contributing to a positive shopping experience.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with what they need.
- Provide knowledgeable information about products.
- Process transactions accurately at the till and handle cash and card payments efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organised sales floor, ensuring that products are well-stocked and displayed attractively.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting discrepancies as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- A friendly and approachable demeanour, with a passion for providing excellent service.
- Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Basic mathematical skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
