Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Multi Skilled / Trade Operative to join our team. This role would suit someone with strong practical site experience who is able to carry out a variety of trade-related tasks to a good standard. The successful candidate will be adaptable, hardworking, and capable of producing quality work across residential and/or commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out a range of general building and trade-related tasks to a high standard
- Work from instructions, drawings, and job specifications where required
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
- Communicate professionally with site managers and colleagues
- Work independently or as part of a team to meet project deadlines
Requirements
- Proven experience in a multi-skilled operative, tradesperson, or similar site-based role
- Good attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and able to manage workload effectively
- Ability to use initiative and work with minimal supervision
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Own hand tools required
