We are looking for a Business Analyst who can gather requirements, examine business problems, and translate stakeholder needs into clear recommendations and workable solutions.
You will work closely with clients, project managers, consultants, operational teams, technology specialists, and senior stakeholders to define business needs and support projects from initial discovery through implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering:
Meet with stakeholders to understand business objectives, operational needs, user concerns, and project expectations.
Business Analysis:
Review existing processes, systems, data, policies, and service arrangements to identify problems and improvement opportunities.
Process Mapping:
Document current and future workflows using clear diagrams, process maps, and supporting explanations.
Gap Analysis:
Compare current operations with desired outcomes and identify missing capabilities, control weaknesses, duplication, and inefficiencies.
Solution Definition:
Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution recommendations.
Stakeholder Workshops:
Plan and support interviews, meetings, and workshops with clients, users, managers, and technical teams.
Data Analysis:
Review performance data, service volumes, costs, error rates, and operational trends to support business decisions.
Business Cases:
Contribute to business cases, option assessments, cost benefit analysis, and project recommendation documents.
System Implementation:
Support technology projects by clarifying requirements, reviewing proposed solutions, and assisting with testing and implementation.
User Acceptance Testing:
Prepare test scenarios, coordinate user testing, record results, and confirm whether business requirements have been met.
Change Impact Assessment:
Identify how proposed changes may affect employees, customers, systems, procedures, and service delivery.
Documentation:
Prepare requirement documents, process guides, analysis reports, meeting notes, user stories, and project updates.
Risk Identification:
Identify business, operational, compliance, and implementation risks and communicate them to project stakeholders.
Stakeholder Communication:
Present findings, explain recommendations, and provide clear progress updates to clients and internal teams.
Implementation Support:
Assist with training preparation, communication materials, process transition, and post implementation reviews.
Continuous Improvement:
Review project outcomes, collect stakeholder feedback, and recommend further improvements where required.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, consulting, project delivery, operations, or a related role.
Education:
A degree in Business Management, Information Systems, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline is preferred.
Business Analysis Knowledge:
Good understanding of requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, stakeholder analysis, user stories, and business cases.
Analytical Skills:
Ability to review complex information, identify patterns, assess options, and develop practical recommendations.
Tools:
Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Power BI, Jira, Confluence, Miro, Lucidchart, or similar business analysis tools is preferred.
Documentation Skills:
Ability to prepare clear requirements, reports, process maps, presentations, and project materials.
Communication Skills:
Strong spoken and written English is required, together with the confidence to communicate with clients, operational teams, and technical stakeholders.
Problem Solving:
Ability to investigate business issues logically, challenge assumptions professionally, and recommend realistic solutions.
Organisation:
Ability to manage multiple workstreams, maintain accurate documentation, and meet project deadlines.

Pay: £3,500.00-£4,200.00 per month
