We are looking for compassionate, reliable and motivated Driver Support Workers to join our flexible bank team across Wirral and Liverpool.
As a Bank Support Worker, you will have the flexibility to provide us with your availability and accept available shifts that fit around your other commitments.
This is a flexible bank position with no guaranteed or contracted hours. Shifts are offered according to the needs of our services and may vary from week to week.
This role is ideal for people looking for flexible work, additional shifts alongside other commitments, or an opportunity to gain further experience within social care.

The Role
As a Bank Support Worker, you will support individuals in accordance with their assessed needs, support plans and Positive Behaviour Support approaches.
This is a flexible bank role. There are no set, regular or guaranteed hours attached to this position.
Bank shifts are offered when additional staffing is required, subject to operational requirements. You can advise us of your availability and choose whether to accept shifts offered to you.
The availability, duration and frequency of shifts may vary depending on the needs of the people we support and our services.
When working a bank shift, you may support individuals to:
- Attend appointments.
- Access their local community.
- Participate in hobbies, activities and social opportunities.
- Develop and maintain daily living skills.
- Maintain relationships and social connections.
- Access education, volunteering or employment opportunities.
- Work towards personal goals and greater independence.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred support tailored to individual needs.
- Promote dignity, independence, choice and control.
- Support people to access their communities and meaningful activities.
- Assist with daily living skills and personal development goals.
- Follow individual support plans and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) approaches.
- Support emotional wellbeing and social inclusion.
- Work professionally with colleagues, families and other professionals.
- Maintain accurate and timely records.
- Follow safeguarding, health and safety requirements.
- Promote positive outcomes for the people we support.
- Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.
- Follow Positive Impact Care Group policies and procedures.

Essential Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence.

Bank Pay
£15.18 per hour.
Payment is made for hours worked in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions of your bank engagement.
Flexible Bank Working
