Accontablity and key tasks:
Identifies and explains the legal framework within which the businesses of the different entities of the company function.
Drafts and negotiates legal documents as well as contracts signed with clients, suppliers, partners or sub-contractors. He/she monitors their implementation.
Thinks up and proposes development packages to accomplish complex operations or acquisitions.
Monitors litigation in collaboration with the company’s external advisors.
Defends the interests of the company and puts forward strategies.
Ensures that contractual obligations are met.
