The Finch Hatton is looking to recruit a new front of house team member to assist with the day to day requirements of our busy family run, Hotel, Restaurant and Bar.
The role will be to cover evenings and weekends only
The role requires the applicant to : assist with general restaurant duties to include taking orders, serving tables, carrying food, working the bar, clearing tables.
This will be a fixed contract with the successful candidate expected to be working around 8-12 hours a week to suit the needs of the business, we would expect the candidate to be willing to work some overtime during peak seasons, primarily the summer and Christmas.
Pay is hourly and this is negotiable for the right candidate. The Company pay scheme operates on a monthly basis.
Tips are distributed evenly between the team and paid monthly.
Staff are entitled to 25 % staff discount at the Finch Hatton or the Spire coffee shop.
