We’re looking for a driven, ambitious Registered Manager to lead a 3-bedded EBD children’s home in Nottingham.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a manager who wants real responsibility, autonomy and the chance to build a home where children can thrive.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading and developing a strong residential care team.
- Managing the day-to-day running of the home.
- Maintaining outstanding safeguarding, care and compliance standards.
- Working closely with Ofsted, social workers and other professionals.
- Driving positive outcomes for children with EBD and complex needs.
- Creating a safe, stable and nurturing home environment.
We’re Looking For
An experienced children’s residential professional who is:
- Confident, resilient and passionate about children’s care.
- Experienced with EBD, trauma and challenging behaviours.
- Knowledgeable about Ofsted and Children's Homes Regulations.
- A strong leader who can inspire and develop a team.
- Ideally Level 5 qualified or working towards the qualification.
