Residential Support Worker (Senior Opportunities) – Be the Consistency Children Need

Shift Work - Sleep-ins are paid at £50 per night.
We are looking for people who:

As a Residential Support Worker, you will:
- Provide high-quality care, protection and support to children in our home
- Support children’s emotional, social and behavioural development in line with care plans
- Build positive, trusting relationships and act as a consistent role model
- Support children to manage behaviours using a calm, trauma-informed approach
- Promote education, independence and daily life skills
- Complete daily records and contribute to care planning
- Undertake practical duties (cooking, activities, household tasks)
What we’re looking for
- Caring, resilient and emotionally intelligent individuals
- Ability to stay calm in challenging situations
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and sleep-ins
- Full UK driving licence
Additional responsibilities (Senior RSW):
- Lead shifts and oversee the day-to-day running of the home
- Support, guide and motivate a team of Residential Support Workers
- Take responsibility for the home in the absence of management
- Support rota coordination and team deployment on shift
- Provide guidance on managing behaviours and maintaining standards
- Contribute to mentoring, training and development of staff
- Participate in on-call duties

Pay: £32,760.00-£35,880.00 per year
