About Us:
At S4 Swim School, we believe in more than just swim lessons — we build confidence, skill, and a lifelong love of water. Our program is built on Safety, Skill, Stroke, and Speed – the four pillars that guide everything we do. We foster a fun, inclusive, and supportive environment for swimmers of all ages and abilities. We also use noodles as our teaching aid.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Teach group and private swim lessons to a variety of age groups
✅ Provide clear, positive instruction based on our proven S4 methodology
✅ Ensure swimmer safety and create a welcoming class environment
✅ Communicate with parents and team members professionally and supportively
✅ Be a role model for fun, safety, and continuous learning
What We’re Looking For:
Passion for swimming and teaching
Previous swim instruction or coaching experience
Current First Aid and/or Lifeguard certification (or willingness to obtain
Reliable, responsible, and great with kids
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Available for weekday afternoons and/or weekends
