Evolution Safety Solutions Ltd is looking for a practical CDM Coordinator / Health & Safety Advisor to join our team.
This is a UK-wide, site-based role. You will visit client sites, undertake health and safety audits and inspections, support CDM compliance and provide practical H&S advice to clients and contractors.
Some projects may require you to be based on site away from home for several days or a number of weeks at a time, so applicants must be genuinely comfortable with regular UK travel and working away.
What you'll be doing
- CDM 2015 coordination and project support
- Site health & safety inspections and audits
- Reviewing RAMS, Construction Phase Plans and contractor documentation
- Providing practical H&S advice to clients and site teams
- Producing concise inspection and audit reports
- Attending project and site meetings
- Monitoring contractor compliance and following up actions
- Supporting wider ESS health & safety consultancy projects
What we're looking for
Essential:
- NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate
- Practical construction/site experience
- Working knowledge of CDM 2015
- Full UK driving licence
- Confident dealing with contractors and site management
- Able to work independently
- Willing to travel extensively and stay away from home when required
