We are looking for a driven and experienced Home Delivery Operations Manager who will be responsible for overseeing and optimising all aspects of our home delivery operations, ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality service to customers.
This role focuses on leading operational teams, managing logistics performance, and delivering a seamless end-to-end customer experience.
Key Responsibilities of our Home Delivery Operations Manager include;
- Lead and manage day-to-day home delivery operations, ensuring service levels are consistently met or exceeded

Plan and optimise routing, scheduling, and dispatch processes to maximise efficiency

Monitor delivery performance metrics (e.g., on-time delivery, productivity, cost per drop) and implement improvements

Manage, coach, and develop Fleet & Home Delivery Teams

Foster a high-performance, customer-focused culture

Drive a best-in-class customer delivery experience

Work with other departments to enhance delivery communication and overall service quality

Ensure full compliance with all health & safety regulations, company policies, and transport legislation

Manage operational budgets, controlling costs while maintaining service standards

Identify and lead process improvement initiatives
About You
Were looking for someone who is operationally strong, customer-focused, and able to lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
Youll have:
- Proven experience in logistics, distribution, or home delivery operations management

Experience managing high-volume, fast-paced operations

Knowledge of route planning, fleet management, and last-mile logistics
