Rare coffee. Real craft. A proper career.
We're an award-winning specialty coffee collective roasting rare shade-grown coffee from India. We won the Best Sustainable Coffee Shop 2025 at the London Coffee Festival Awards. Our coffees have won twelve Great Taste Awards. We operate six coffeehouses across South London through a supply chain most roasters never get near.
The role
This isn't a fill-in job between other plans. We're looking for people who want to understand coffee properly right from the farms it grows on, to the cup they serve. We're looking for someone who'll still be here in two years doing something they're proud of.
You'll work in our Addiscombe store, serving high-quality espresso alongside people who hold themselves to a high standard. We invest in training and promote from within as we grow.
What you'll get
- A real craft to master, farm to cup
- Training, and a clear path to grow as we expand
- A team that works hard, cares deeply, holds high standards
- 13.50£ per hour + wellness allowance + lunch on us
What we're looking for
- Curiosity, commitment, a natural way with people
- Someone who wants to stay and grow, not just clock in
- Experience helps, but attitude matters most
We can offer both part-time (18-24 hours a week) and full-time roles (32-36 hours a week)
If you're serious about coffee, or hospitality, and want to be part of something bigger, please apply below.
