Server / Bar Staff (Spanish Speaking Required)
We are seeking friendly, professional, and enthusiastic Spanish-speaking Server/Bar Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. This is a varied role that includes daytime restaurant service and evening/night bar service, with shifts available across our operating hours.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Previous restaurant or bar experience is preferred, but full training will be provided to the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating where required.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using a POS system or manually.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
- Provide knowledgeable menu and drinks recommendations, confidently upselling where appropriate.
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout each guest’s visit and resolve any issues professionally.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of tables, the bar area, and service stations.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations.
- Assist with opening and closing duties for both the restaurant and bar.
- Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure efficient service.
- Process cash and card payments accurately.
- Adapt to both daytime restaurant service and evening/night bar operations as required.
Requirements
- Fluent Spanish and English are essential to communicate effectively with our customers and team.
- Previous experience in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential.
- A positive attitude with excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Confidence working in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic maths skills for handling bills and payments.
- Experience using POS systems is an advantage.
- A flexible approach to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and late nights.
- Availability to work until 5:00am for bar shifts is essential.
