Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Supervisor to join our small dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth process of our helicopter operation business by providing essential support to the Operations Manager, pilots and managing director.
This position requires strong organisational skills, accurate computer literacy, a disciplined work ethic, with an ability to work independently and make accurate decisions.

Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the accountable manager, operations manager and pilots within the organisation.
- Manage incoming calls and emails with professionalism & in a timely manner.
- Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Purchase order processing
- Raise quotes, send contracts & invoices
- Complete trips from start to finish with no errors and provide total flight support during the trip
- Out of hours quoting, flight booking and flight following required
- Flexibility with working hours to suit the business needs
- Able to drive company vehicles confidentely to collect pilots from maintenance runs
- Be able to assist the Operations Manager with adhoc duties and cover whilst on annual leave
- Work efficiently within a small team to streamline processes
- Run the operations department when the Operations manager is out of the office
- Social Media posting
- Maintenance processing/booking support
- Office based with out of hours from home
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a supervisor role is a must
- Computer literate is a must
- Experience in accounts processing
- Strong clerical skills with a keen attention to detail for accurate data entry.
- Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to type efficiently and accurately while maintaining focus on quality.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional telephone manner.
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and be able to multi task
- Aviation knowledge is a benefit
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
