Your Responsibilities

- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Answer questions and provide clear product information.
- Support daily sales and customer engagement activities.
- Build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Process customer requests and sales accurately.
- Support promotional campaigns and business initiatives.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Work towards individual and team objectives.
- Take part in ongoing training and development.
