We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Forklift Engineer to join our growing team.
The Role:
You will be responsible for the maintenance, servicing, and repair of a range of forklift trucks and material handling equipment. The role involves both workshop-based and on-site work, ensuring equipment is operating safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service, maintain, and repair forklift trucks
- Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Ensure all work is completed to high safety and quality standards
- Complete job reports and documentation accurately
Requirements:
- Previous experience working on forklifts, plant, or similar machinery
- Strong mechanical and/or electrical knowledge
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence
