Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and guest satisfaction
- Supervise and motivate staff members, fostering a positive and productive team environment
- Manage food preparation and cooking processes to uphold quality standards and consistency
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen and dining areas
- Assist with food production, including preparing dishes when necessary to support kitchen staff
- Monitor serving procedures to guarantee excellent customer service and efficient order delivery
- Conduct training sessions on hospitality best practices, food safety, and culinary techniques
- Support inventory management by tracking supplies, ordering ingredients, and minimizing waste

Qualifications
- Proven supervising or team management experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Extensive restaurant experience with a strong understanding of food preparation, cooking, and food safety standards

- Experience in hospitality roles such as serving or barista work is advantageous
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
