About the Role:
We are seeking an individual who is reliable, kind and patient to support a young service user in the Cambourne area. The role is for each week day morning 7.15-8.15 assisting him to get ready for school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Personal Care – Assisting with personal care routines, meal preparation.
- Manual Handling - Specialist equipment is used and full training will be provided.
- Person-Centered Approach – Working in line with Positive Steps’ policies and the expectations of the young person and their family, fostering trust and consistency.
- General Support – Light domestic tasks to maintain a safe and supportive environment.
Requirements:
We are looking for candidates who:
✅ Are positive, compassionate, and friendly, with a natural ability to build rapport.
✅ Have at least 6 months of experience in health and social care.
