The Opportunity
As a Car Finance Specialist, you will manage warm, daily leads and guide customers through the entire car buying and finance journey — from initial qualification to vehicle collection.
This is a fast-paced, target-driven role where organisation, resilience, and strong closing skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment
- Make outbound calls to qualify and convert fresh daily leads
- Manage your own sales pipeline effectively
- Guide customers from finance approval through to vehicle collection
- Liaise with customers, dealerships, and lenders to secure the best vehicle and finance solutions
- Deliver a compliant, customer-focused sales experience
- Build strong product knowledge through structured training
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has 2+ years of sales experience (car finance experience preferred)
- Thrives in a target-driven environment
- Is organised and able to manage a high-volume pipeline
- Has strong objection-handling and closing skills
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Is ambitious and motivated by uncapped earnings
Working Hours
- 42 hours per week
- Monday to Friday between 8:45am – 7:00pm (rota basis)
- Every other Saturday: 10:00am – 5:00pm
