This is a unique opportunity to be part of a purpose-built early years setting, working collaboratively with the Canopy Operations Team and wider leadership structure to create a setting that truly stands out.
The nursery is due to open in February 2027, with staff inductions and training beginning in January 2027, giving you the opportunity to be fully involved in shaping the environment, team culture, and practice from the very start.

You will play a key role in shaping the culture, routines, and standards of a newly established nursery, helping to create a calm, safe, and inspiring environment for babies and young children.
Leadership Opportunities Across the Setting
· Deputy Manager: Support the Nursery Manager in leading the setting, ensuring high-quality practice across all rooms, and stepping into a leadership role when required.
· Room Leaders: Lead your room team, oversee planning and daily practice, and ensure high-quality care, learning, and development for the children in your care.
Strong Leadership Support
You will work closely with the Canopy Operations Team, receiving ongoing guidance, coaching, and strategic support to help you succeed and grow in your role.
Child-Centred Practice
