Your opportunity
Join the Student Administration Services team at Southern Cross University as a Student Administration Officer, where you will provide administrative support during the student lifecycle, with a focus on enhancing our student experience.
You will make an impact by:

Provide advice and support to students with a focus on efficiency and accuracy of information provided
-
Undertaking a range of administrative tasks including data entry, record management and preparation of correspondence

Working collaboratively within the team to resolve student and staff enquiries and support service excellence
What you will bring
You are passionate about providing excellent service to university students, with strong verbal and written communication skills. To succeed in this role, you will also need:

A relevant tertiary qualification and a minimum two (2) years of applicable experience in a student administration, customer service, government, or other high-volume administrative environments

Strong time management skills with a high level of attention to detail
-
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise initiative.

An ability to interpret and apply policy, procedures and guidelines

Strong computer literacy, including experience with databases, and Microsoft applications. Experience with student administration systems is desirable

HEW Level 4. The base salary ranges from $75,500 - $81,079 per annum, plus 17% employer’s contribution to superannuation. The total remuneration package is up to $94,862.
