Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Delivery and Appliance Installer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering appliances and equipment to customer locations, ensuring proper installation, and providing exceptional service. Your expertise will help customers enjoy their new appliances seamlessly while maintaining safety and quality standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work hands-on with a variety of appliances, including and contribute to customer satisfaction through professional installation.
Duties
- Safely deliver appliances and equipment to designated customer sites, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Install a wide range of appliances, including kitchen appliances, and other household equipment, following schematics and technical instructions.
- Conduct thorough equipment inspections, troubleshoot issuse
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, installations, and communicate effectively with team members and customers throughout the process.
- Assist in training new team members on installation procedures, safety standards, and equipment handling.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge with experience in appliance or equipment installation.
- Strong leadership skills to guide team efforts during installations or troubleshooting tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting issues on-site.
- Ability to lift heavy appliances safely and work in physically demanding environments.
- Full Clean driving licence required Cat B
