We are a fast-growing dog treat and e-commerce brand, building an exciting community of dog lovers across TikTok and other online platforms.
We are looking for an energetic, confident and motivated person to join our growing team. This is a hands-on, varied role where no two days will necessarily be the same.
You could be hosting a TikTok LIVE one day, packing orders the next, photographing new products, preparing a product launch or helping keep the warehouse running smoothly.
If you love dogs, enjoy talking to people, have a natural sales personality and aren't afraid to get stuck in, this could be the perfect role for you.
What You'll Be Doing TikTok LIVE & Sales
- Host exciting, high-energy live shopping shows on TikTok
- Showcase and sell our products during LIVE sessions
- Chat, entertain and engage with viewers, turning them into customers through genuine enthusiasm and great storytelling
- Answer questions and provide clear product information, insights and recommendations
- Keep the energy high and the audience engaged with your personality and charisma
- Help prepare products, displays and the LIVE area before each session
- Help with promotions, new product launches and LIVE campaigns
Orders & Warehouse
- Pick, pack and dispatch orders across multiple e-commerce platforms
- Carefully check orders to ensure the correct products and quantities are sent
- Keep the warehouse clean, organised and running efficiently
- Unpack and organise incoming deliveries
- Monitor stock levels and flag low-stock or fast-selling products
- Help maintain high standards of product presentation and packaging
- Assist with general day-to-day warehouse tasks
Content & E-Commerce
- Help take photos and videos of new and existing products
- Create simple, engaging content for TikTok and other social media platforms
- Help create and upload new product listings to TikTok Shop and our website
- Assist with new product launches and preparing products for sale
- Bring your own creative ideas to help grow the brand
Brand & Customer Experience
- Represent our brand professionally and positively
- Help answer customer questions when required
- Provide excellent customer service
- Take pride in every order that leaves the warehouse
- Be willing to go above and beyond to help the business grow

Desirable / Bonus Skills
The following aren't essential but would be a big advantage:
- Previous experience with TikTok LIVE or TikTok Shop
- Previous experience in sales, retail, e-commerce or customer service
- Experience creating social media content
- Ability to take high-quality product photos and videos
- Creative eye for product presentation
- Experience creating and uploading product listings
- Experience using e-commerce platforms
- Experience working in a warehouse or fulfilment environment
- A natural salesperson who would be comfortable reaching out to pet shops and other potential stockists to introduce and offer our products
- Holds a full, clean driving licence

Location
Our warehouse is located on an industrial estate in Kirkby, Liverpool.
Due to the nature of the role, this is a hands-on position and you will be working from our warehouse rather than remotely.
