This a full time position at Blake's Kitchen to join our growing front of house team.
We have opportunities for customer service advisors to join our team at Blake’s Kitchen due to continued growth in the business. Our front of house team take pride in delivering excellent customer service and interacting with customers.
You will need to be passionate about great food and drink, creating an engaging and positive atmosphere with the team. We are a busy café and bakery and you will need to be able to work cleanly, calmly and efficiently. You will need to thrive on being centre stage and confident, making sure every customer receives a great welcome and smile. You will need to be able to accept and manage online orders as well as click and collect orders. You will need to take responsibility in ensuring our allergen process is followed at all times. As well as all the above you will need to take responsibility in ensuring our bar and shop is clean, well stocked and ready for service at all times. Full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
About The Role
You will need to have some experience in customer service and able to proccess orders on our EPOS system efficiently, at a fast pace and with great attention to detail. You will be proccesing online orders with this role too and making sure they get to the customer accurately
You will be dealing with a variety of different people and different allergens so will need to be confident about the products we deliver. Full training will be given to the successful candidate.
