adi Automotive Electrical Services Site Supervisor
Location – Castle Bromwich
About the Role
We are looking for an Electrical Site Supervisor to join our adi Automotive division. Working across a number of leading automotive manufacturing facilities, primarily in the Castle Bromwich area, you will be a hands on Electrician with a mix of working on the tools & supervising teams of electricians, coordinating electrical projects, and ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
Specifically, your key responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and supporting teams of electricians across automotive manufacturing sites.
- Working on & Managing day-to-day electrical projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on time and within budget.
- Coordinating labour, materials and subcontractors to meet project requirements.
- Monitoring quality, inspection and testing documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Conducting site inspections and safety audits, ensuring adherence to Health & Safety procedures.
- Liaising with clients, site engineers and suppliers to support successful project delivery.
- Reading and interpreting electrical drawings, schematics and technical documentation.
- Assisting with quotations, measuring of site specific details, estimates and project planning activities.
- Carrying out/coordinating electrical testing & writing up certs on to the Napit software via Ipad.
- Building strong customer relationships and delivering a high standard of service.
About you
We would like to hear from you if you have:
- Experience working in & supervising electrical works within industrial, manufacturing, automotive or similar environments.
- Proven ability to lead teams while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and workmanship.
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
- City & Guilds 2391 or 2394/2395 Inspection and Testing.
- Knowledge and experience of Electrical Installation Condition Reporting (EICR).
- A full UK driving license.
